many patients and to being a nurse I observed the most

Go for a walk-

floor,
you may take the elevator. Otherwise just take stairs to boost up strength of your Cardiac muscles.
Be like a Child - Child always seek the opportunity of playing that's the same, Look for opportunities to play with children, friends or family members.
