It had been a tough days in our lives. Our hospitals had become over crowded with COVID-19 patients, and deaths rates were rising. Vaccine distribution had been slower than we had hoped. all of that, there are the daily questions: How could I stay safe? When would I be able to meet my family and friends?  How long time it will take to it get back to normal?

Any of these issues, would stress us out -- but right now, everything seems to be happening at once.

The question is, how do we stay calm at this time? And how could we help our families do the the same? I rely on these simple daily rituals to help myself stay calm during challenging times and the support of family and friends can make a huge difference — but, for many of us, have an unfortunate reality that our anxiety and stress will never disappear completely and the best what we can do is find the effective ways to manage it,

I've learned that there are also certain daily habits that will help to reduce the anxiety.

These daily habits that are definitely worth adding to your routine and will definitely reduce your Anxiety.

1. Plan your Daily Schedule







 The first thing I do every morning, before I get my Tea , is to think about my important task for the day. What will be my main task of the day? I always focus like this, not only helps me prioritize,

but it also keep me at front . Sometimes I write journal because it allows me to learn about our thought processes — seeing it all on paper gives us clarity, insight, and perspective. It also helps us to identify our triggers and gives us the chance to challenge our irrational and unproductive thoughts.

Often it can feel like life is dragging us, but making an schedule like this can help us to control over what we want to do with the day only that is given to us by the God.



2. Exercise





Multiple studies have displayed that exercise is the most effective to combat stress and anxity. Physically active people tend to have lower chance of anxiety and depressive disorder than those who don't exercise daily,

you can choose a form of exercise that you genuinely enjoy — whether it's pilates, biking, running, dance, or a spin class.



3. Good Sleep





Sleep deprivation is so harmful effects to our health that can actually cause an anxiety disorder.

For those of us who already struggle with anxiety, getting a good night's sleep is important. turning off you tube, Instagram and Netflix and getting a full night of sleep is more important then it.



4. Drinking Coffee or Tea





Do you know I'm Tea lover, I have an obsession with Tea that is unhealthy but not as much as coffee have.

But it has been proven that caffeine can intensify the symptoms of anxiety and other disorder. If you currently drink about four cups of coffee in a day, don't quit it — but try to slowly reduce your caffeine intake.

we can switch to beverages which have a lower amount of caffeine, like black tea, or order a half-caffeinated cup of coffee if you're feeling seriously exhausted.



5. Meditation





the only five minutes out of your day will play a huge role in easing overall anxiety. People with anxiety often spend a great time worrying about the past or the future — in short, we have a lot of trouble being "present" in the moment. Meditation teaches us to live in today.

These are most basic method is to focus on breathing and, when your mind wanders, it re-direct to breathing. If you continue with the practice of daily meditation, you'll slowly develop the ability to pay attention on your present.



6.  Keep Your Social Media Away





social media can be unhealthy for anyone, but it can intensify anxiety symptoms for those who are already struggling with anxiety and Depression.

I have seen that many people get seriously stressed out and anxious if they post something on Instagram and if they don't get enough "likes." I'm not saying that we should deactivate every social media , but it could be helpful to set a time limit per day and then stick to it.



7. Spend Time Outdoors





According to a research, spending time in "natural environments" is beneficial to our mental and physical health. So, make a habit of going outside for at least a few minutes everyday and you will experience a decrease in your anxiety.



8. Spend Time With friends and colleagues





Research has found that people get social support of friends are better to handle the stress and anxiety. And it's a good excuse to get in some quality time with your favorite people each day.
